Job summary

Brakes, a leading UK food business and part of Sysco, is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth for a 40-hour week on a Sunday to Thursday night shift (19:30–03:30, with occasional Friday in 4 weeks and a mid-week rest day).

You will work in a multi-temperature warehouse, handling picking and packing, replenishing stock and loading lorries while adhering to health and food safety procedures. Teamwork, attention to detail and basic maths are essential, and lifting up to 25 kg is required.

Qualifications

• A good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Basic language skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg.
