Job summary

GXO Sainsbury's in Sherburn-in-Elmet is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, multi-temperature site. You’ll handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching, with training provided for MHE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided.
Willingness to work across multiple temperature zones and shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate MHE equipment where required (full training provided).
Pick and pack products accurately for retail deliveries, with attention to detail.
Meet performance, attendance, and behavioural standards in line with policies.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational KPIs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Follow Safe Systems of Work, SOPs, and hygiene requirements.
