Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd on behalf of our client is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy UK warehouse team on a 10:00pm - 6:00am night shift. The role involves stock checking, picking, packing, sorting, loading/unloading containers and heavy lifting.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can work at pace, meet targets, and work as part of a team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, and full agency support is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work at pace and meet targets.
• Comfortable carrying out heavy lifting and manual work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of warehouse duties.
• Must be comfortable working night shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock taking and checking inventory levels.
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Packing goods ready for dispatch.
• Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading containers.
• Pallet wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Moving stock around the warehouse safely.
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
