Night Shift Warehouse Operations Manager

Are you a tenacious and motivating manager with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, energetic environment? We are seeking a Night Shift Operations Manager to join an excellent FMCG business.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.

The role involves managing a busy Night Shift, so flexibility to work across varying shift patterns is essential.

You will be leading and motivating teams of 30 to 100 people, ensuring productivity targets are met, tracking KPIs, and monitoring Health and Safety compliance, among other responsibilities.

The salary is up to GBP55k depending on experience, plus bonus and other great benefits.
