Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a QA Supervisor for the Night shift Technical team in Clitheroe. You will lead QA activities, ensure food safety and quality across the site, and drive continuous improvement with production and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include audits, QMS maintenance, investigations into non-conformances, and delivering training on allergens, CCPs, GMP and best practice. This role focuses on upholding top quality and customer confidence.

Qualifications

• High standards of food safety and HACCP knowledge.
• Experience leading QA teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong audit and reporting capabilities within food production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest food safety and quality standards across the site.
• Lead internal audits and drive corrective actions.
• Support BRC and customer audit readiness, including unannounced audits.
• Coach production teams on allergens, CCPs, GMP and best practice.
• Produce technical KPIs and quality reports.
• Support customer visits and demonstrate commitment to quality.
