TM/TM* Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain good relationships with all team members.
  • Balance workload across the team.
  • Work in FOH and Kitchen areas as requested (Hot Food, Coffee, etc.).
  • Ensure the shop’s FOH, Kitchen, and delivery services are optimal.
  • Know Pret standards in all shop areas.
  • Complete training in Hot Chef and Barista roles as per TM* training plan.
  • TM Star: Be an “Ace in Place,” acting as a role model demonstrating Pret knowledge.
Amazing Service: 6 Key Points of Service
  • Follow the 6 Key Points of Service at all times.
  • Serve customers efficiently, politely, quickly, and engagingly.
  • Respond to customer needs to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain Pret standards in merchandising and seating areas.
  • Manage queues through speed and calling customers.
  • Wear a clean, immaculate uniform during shifts.
  • Present products appropriately in bags or trays.
  • TM Star: Achieve high performance in till speed and accuracy.
Delicious Food & Drink: 6 Key Points of Production
  • Prepare delicious food according to Pret standards efficiently and safely.
  • Follow the 6 Key Points of Production.
  • Rotate and use stock according to standards.
Well-Loved Shop: Cleanliness and Health & Safety
  • Complete the Introduction to Pret course and pass the Food Hygiene test.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food safety standards.
  • Report safety concerns immediately.
  • Ensure food safety and health & safety of team and customers; complete necessary training.
  • Notify management of standards or process issues.
Shop Profitability: Productivity
  • Complete TM and TM* training timely.
  • Adhere to financial standards on tills.
  • TM Star: Maintain high bench productivity and good MTS quality.
