Job summary

SSP at Gatwick South (M&S Simply Food) is looking for a Nightshift Team Member on a full‑time night schedule (37.5 hrs). The base pay is £12.85 per hour, with an extra £1.20 per hour for midnight–6am shifts, bringing some hours to £14.05 per hour.

Shifts are 10pm–7am, 5 out of 7 days, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with a friendly team.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Display a 'customer first' attitude, no matter the task at hand.
• Handling deliveries, stock movement, stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Previous retail experience is desired.

About the Role

NIGHTSHIFT TEAM MEMBER - GATWICK SOUTH, M&S SIMPLY FOOD

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.20 per hourfor hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to£14.05 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time Nights (37.5hrs). Shifts between 10pm - 7amany 5 shifts out of 7. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
