Job summary

Enable Glasgow is recruiting a full-time Night Shift Coordinator for the Esmond Street Advanced Support Service in Glasgow. The role involves night supervision and coordinating duties for 22 adults with learning disabilities, using a person-centred approach.

You will be part of a dedicated team committed to high-quality care. The successful candidate will lead the night team, contribute to support planning and reviews, work on a shift rota, and strive to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of support planning and review systems.
• Experience in a supported living setting is preferred.
• Able to work on own initiative with a flexible, empowering approach.
• PVG scheme membership or willingness to join.

Responsibilities

• Provide night shift supervision for the Esmond Street team.
• Coordinate duties and tasks and maintain service standards.
• Lead the night shift and support planning for service users.
• Participate in staff development and rota management.
