Sainsbury's Lincoln store is seeking a Trading Assistant to ensure shelves are stocked and presented for customers. The role involves night and late shifts with a paid premium where applicable, and active customer service during store hours.

You will handle stock movement, product checks, and cross-store deliveries as needed, while developing knowledge of promotions and product lines to assist shoppers effectively.

Qualifications

• 18+ minimum age due to shift types, alcohol handling requirements.
• Right to Work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Collect stock from warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish shelves.
• Assist customers, answer questions and provide help during store hours.
• Date check fresh produce and grocery items.
• Support with deliveries and help across the store as needed.
• Develop product knowledge to recommend items and promotions.
