Ash Tree House Care Home in Hindley, Wigan is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide and support a night shift team, delivering safe, person-centred care to residents.

You will oversee medication, monitor wellbeing, maintain accurate records and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. This is a full-time night position with an emphasis on leadership and quality care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
• Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
• Medication administration training with competency is essential
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach
