Levante Living LP is seeking a part-time Registered Practical Nurse for night shifts in Bradford to oversee nursing and personal care for residents. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with the wellness team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires experience in gerontology, a pharmacology course, and strong English communication. Join a supportive team focused on resident well-being and safety.

Competenze

• Experience in gerontology or senior care settings.
• Completion of an approved pharmacology course.
• Good health and mature disposition.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Maintain nursing and personal care for residents within scope of training.
• Notify family/ responsible party of significant changes in resident condition.
• Maintain resident records and required documentation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and report changes to the Director of Wellness.
• Monitor safekeeping of drugs and narcotics; ensure narcotic counts are correct.
• Report incidents/ near misses to the Director of Wellness/Executive Director.
• Assist with orientation of new residents to facilitate a smooth transition.
• Oversee PSWs to ensure care assignments are completed and changes are reported.
