Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Team Leader for night shifts at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe. The role combines leadership with retail excellence in a fast‑paced environment, supervising team members and delivering great customer service. Hours are 36 per week, with 5 nights a week from 9pm to 6am, including weekends.

Salary is £13.65 per hour. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to help others develop their skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).
