Scotia Heights, part of Exemplar Health Care, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll provide high standards of nursing care to adults with complex needs and lead a small unit on night shifts, including medication administration and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
• Registered Nurses from Adult, Mental Health, and Learning Disability backgrounds.
• Experience with assessment, admission and discharge processes.
• Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.

• assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursing care for the people we support

• being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift
