Job summary

SkyCare in Birkenhead is recruiting a Registered Nurse for night shifts at an 82-bed elderly care home in Woodchurch, just outside Birkenhead. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, support residents’ independence, and work within a supportive team.

We offer induction, development opportunities, DBS coverage, and 12-hour night shifts (8pm-8am) with competitive pay. Right to work in the UK and a valid UK PIN are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NMC PIN and UK registration.
• One year's elderly care experience desirable.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Support and supervise junior staff and student nurses.
• Maintain medical records and uphold privacy and dignity.
• Lead shifts at senior level and participate in care planning.
