Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Hylton Grange in Sunderland. You will provide skilled nursing care to adults with complex needs, maintain high standards, and work within a supportive team.

A valid NMC PIN is required; full-time or part-time nights available; pay £20.94 per hour.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience providing care for adults in a nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for residents on nights.
• Provide high-standard, person-centred nursing care.
• Develop and review care plans based on needs.
• Safe administration of prescribed medications.
• Act as Nurse in Charge on shift and lead the small unit.
• Support residents' independence and dignity.
