Job summary

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (adult) with active pin.
Experience in a care home environment is desirable.
Computer literate and excellent interpersonal skills.
In good physical and mental health to meet the role requirements.

Responsibilities

Carry out nursing assessments and care plans; ensure safe medicines management.
Provide holistic care addressing physical, emotional, and mental health.
Keep a safe, clean care environment; follow infection control and safety procedures.
Follow the NMC Code; keep records and report incidents and concerns.
Lead and support staff; contribute to training and service improvements.
