Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Cleveland House in Banks, Southport. The post is full-time, 38.5 hours per week, with £21.75 per hour.

You will deliver prescribed nursing care, assess patients, and monitor progress in a residential setting for individuals with ABI and related conditions. You will join a compassionate team, with emphasis on patient-centered care, professional development, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration and completed a preceptorship.
• Knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices; commitment to ongoing development.
• Experience in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed nursing care and assess, plan, and deliver care with patient and carers within agreed framework.
• Observe and engage with patients to assess needs and monitor progress.
• Regularly review and update Nursing Care plans.
