Job summary

The Best Connection Group is seeking Night Shift Quality Inspectors to work on a busy production line in Staffordshire. You will perform quality inspections during manufacturing to ensure products meet required standards and complete quality checks.

Training will be provided, and immediate starts are available for a temporary ongoing position with a night shift pattern (Mon-Thu 18:00–04:30). Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or production roles preferred but not essential; training provided.

Job description

The Best Connection Group are currently recruiting Night Shift Quality Inspectors to work for our busy client based in Staffordshire.

The Role

The successful candidates will be working on a production line, carrying out quality inspections to ensure products are built to the required standards.

Duties will include:

• Quality inspecting products during the production process.
• Checking the build and ensuring components are correctly fitted.
• Using hand tools to tighten or loosen fittings where required.
• Identifying and escalating any quality concerns.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and quality checks accurately.
• Ensuring products meet the required quality standards before leaving the production line.

Previous experience in a similar quality inspection or production role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 18:00 - 04:30
