Recruitment Pro are partnering with a market leader in specialised transport packaging to recruit a Shift Production Operator for their Doncaster site on a permanent night shift. The role involves performing production tasks under the Shift Team Leader, maintaining documentation, and supporting a cohesive team to ensure smooth operation.

The ideal candidate has shop floor experience, understands HACCP and health & safety requirements, holds a Forklift licence, and can work the night shift

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment on the shop floor.
• Strong understanding of HACCP requirements and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks on a daily basis as directed by the Shift Team Leader.
• Accurately complete forms and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Maintain motivation and production continuity in a continuous and demanding environment.
• Support colleagues to ensure the shift operates as a cohesive team.
