Factories aren’t glamorous.

And running one on nights? Even less so.

But this is where the real work happens.

They need a Factory Manager who can run a 4-on-4-off night shift (5pm–5am). Someone who can keep people safe, keep the product compliant, and keep the operation moving.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Making sure H&S and food safety regs are lived, not laminated.
• Balancing cost, quality, and efficiency without dropping any of them.
• Leading a team by earning respect on the floor, not hiding in the office.
