Night Shift Manager

4 on 4 off | Food Manufacturing | East Riding of Yorkshire

Factories aren’t glamorous. And running one on nights? Even less so. But this is where the real work happens.

This business makes both high-risk and low-risk food products. That means two things: the standards are non-negotiable, and the margin for error is basically zero.

They need a Factory Manager who can run a 4-on-4-off night shift (5pm–5am). Someone who can keep people safe, keep the product compliant, and keep the operation moving.

Responsibilities

• Making sure H&S and food safety regs are lived, not laminated.
• Balancing cost, quality, and efficiency without dropping any of them.
• Leading a team by earning respect on the floor, not hiding in the office.
