Princes Group in Wisbech is seeking a proactive Shift Manufacturing Manager to lead the on-site team, drive operational excellence, and deliver quality, defect-free products in a safe, compliant manner. You will oversee materials, labour, and the 4-on-4-off night shift, aligning with POS and Must Win Battle Plans.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement, with accountability for safety, quality and efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/ manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Hands-on approach to continuous improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift manufacturing team to achieve KPI targets and safe, efficient production.
• Champion lean practices (5S, AM) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage materials and labour to maximise line efficiency and meet demand.
• Deputise for Manufacturing Manager and support site must-win plans.
