Right Match Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Process Operator on the night shift in Dartford. This full-time, permanent role offers training and a clear path for progression within a well-established international company.

The position involves manufacturing dispersion products, completing batch documentation and adhering to GMP and Health & Safety guidelines. You will work Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am, with company benefits included.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) required or desirable.
• Ability to work in a team with a proactive, motivated attitude.
• Basic computer literacy including Excel and Word is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture dispersion products and accurately complete batch documentation.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice and Health & Safety requirements.
• Liaise with Quality Control staff on timely passing of batches.
• Assist in utility functions if requested.
