Job summary

Bluestones Staffing N.I.Limited is seeking a dedicated Finisher to join our production team in Antrim. You will handle finishing tasks on a 6-station saddle stitcher and related equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards in a warehouse setting.

The role requires hands-on work, good attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy items during night shifts (6pm–6am), three nights per week. Overtime and pension benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in print finishing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Able to perform heavy lifting during shifts.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality control.
• Team player with self-motivation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing tasks on products to meet quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components as required.
• Conduct heavy lifting to move materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot finishing issues with basic mechanical knowledge.
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect products coming off finishing machines.
• Support other factory areas as required.
