We are looking for a Night Shift Plant Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be responsible for running seed cleaning night operations within our peak seed production periods; to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards are met in line with legal requirements. Accountable for ensuring the seed cleaning plant runs smoothly during the quiet hours whilst supervising temporary employees.
The primary aspect of this role is to oversee night operations at our seed production plant in Sandy. Working through the night to make sure cleaning operations continue and ensure that the day shift have the necessary product to treat and process. When the seed plant is out of season the working pattern with change to day shifts to work alongside our Operations Manager.
