Job summary

Group Lotus is seeking a Critical Process Technician to join the Hethel plant team in Norfolk. The role involves supervising cleaning and filter-change tasks in the paint shop and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and process standards during night shifts.

You will work closely with the Critical Process Supervisor and shift partners to maintain efficient operations. Successful candidates will support the Robot Technician with basic maintenance, uphold health and safety procedures, and

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Ability to highlight and report abnormalities.
• Auditing spray booths for correct time and temperature.
• Adherence to safety procedures, permits to work and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Play a proactive role in supporting the Critical Process Supervisor, ensuring cleaning and filter changes are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Supervise and guide other operators within the Lotus team and Churchill Cleaning Services staff.
• Ensure Lotus paint shop processes and procedures are maintained.
• Ensure all operators follow Lotus Health and Safety management systems.
• Support the Robot Technician with basic maintenance tasks.
