Kepak McIntosh Donald is a globally recognised brand and the largest red meat producer in Scotland. We raise cattle on open pastures, source from local farmers, and our products are selected by master butchers to ensure quality and integrity.

Role Purpose

Work in the Packing Area, performing precision functions such as preparing offal products for packing according to customer specifications. Tasks include specialized packing, cutting offal, and operating labelling, scanning, and weighing equipment.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, starting at 7 pm (flexibility with finish time required).

No previous experience needed; training will be provided.

Main Duties and Requirements

• Pick, pack, weigh, and scan offal products as per plan requirements.
• Liaise with the Slaughter Supervisor on daily and weekly needs.
• Coordinate with the Technical department to ensure compliance with procedures and customer specifications.
• Manage stock movement for dispatch readiness.
• Properly place bags on the Cryovac machine and seal bags on the freezer line.
• Complete tasks promptly to meet daily targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management within your competency.
