FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the UK. You will lead a team of operatives and drivers on a 23:30-08:00 shift, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour week and Saturday 08:00 finish. The role offers a competitive salary of £34,464.96 per annum.

You will plan to hit service levels, motivate the team, educate on business goals and safety, and ensure all practices are compliant and secure during the shift. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift and team in a busy freight environment is desirable.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Energetic and customer-focused with good communication.
