Job summary

ALPLA INC. in Warrington is seeking an Assistant Night Shift Manager to oversee night shift manufacturing operations. You will work closely with the Night Shift Manager to ensure smooth production and high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a passion for continuous improvement. Benefits include life assurance, a pension scheme, and various perks for employee well-being.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Quality and GMP standards within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Support the Night Shift Manager in the day-to-day running of production operations.
Champion a strong Health & Safety culture and promote safe working practices.
Coach and develop Team Leaders, Machine Operators, and Packing Operatives.
