Job summary

Komplex Group in Darlington is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Komplex Care for waking nights (19:00–07:00) to deliver nurse-led, at-home care for adults with lifelong clinical needs. You will provide medication administration and personal care under clinical supervision.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, care experience or willingness to train, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• This role requires a full UK driving licence and either previous care experience or a willingness to undertake clinical training.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed clinical protocols are essential.
• Good literacy for recording and communicating information is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions
• Managing tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment
• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately
