Job summary

Brose Coventry is seeking a skilled multiskilled maintenance engineer to keep production equipment running on site, following TPM schedules. You will perform first-line repairs, utilise downtime (OEE) data, and contribute to uptime improvements across the line.

The ideal candidate holds ONC/HNC in electromechanical or engineering, with experience in a similar role. Siemens PLC knowledge is a plus, and ability to work under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• ONC/HNC or equivalent in Electromechanical/Engineering.
• Experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Understanding of production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machinery according to the TPM schedule.
• Work with the latest equipment on site.
• Carry out first-line repairs on production equipment.
• Use downtime data to identify improvements for uptime.
• Minimise maintenance costs through efficient use of resources.
• Participate in improvements to machine operation and processes.
• Engage in machinery upgrades, installations and modifications.
• Provide technical advice when required.
• Mentor apprentices and share best practices.
