Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician for a Lakeside site in the UK. This full-time, permanent role offers night shifts and a competitive £24 per hour rate, with ongoing training and modern facilities.

You will perform MET repairs, panel work, stripping and refitting, and general bodyshop tasks within a busy environment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across vehicle accident repair disciplines.
• Strong MET, stripping/refitting and body repair skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle bodyshop repairs across multiple disciplines.
• Complete MET work, including removal and refitting of components.
• Carry out panel repairs and general bodywork.
• Strip and refit vehicles in preparation for repairs.
• Assess damage and determine repair methods.
• Carry out welding and structural repairs where needed.
• Collaborate with Panel, MET and Paint Technicians throughout the process.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
• Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation.
