Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Thatcham, Berkshire, is recruiting a Nights Maintenance Engineer for a high-volume manufacturing site. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and fault finding across a range of production equipment, contributing to reliability and reduced downtime.

The successful candidate will have multi-skilled engineering capability, strong mechanical and electrical experience, and a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum recognised engineering qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with automated production lines (Desirable).
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and engineering documentation (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance across production machinery.
• Perform reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and engineering improvements.
• Support site reliability and downtime reduction through effective maintenance strategies.
