We're searching for an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead and energise a team of up to 50 operatives at a key Midlands distribution site. You'll take ownership of the entire night shift operation-from sortation to staffing-and play a key part in driving performance, process improvement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team across night shift operations
• Drive KPI performance with a strong focus on metrics and measurable outcomes
• Manage daily sortation processes, ensuring speed, accuracy and safety
• Use data to identify areas of inefficiency and implement improvements
• Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain and exceed health & safety standards
• Champion continuous improvement and agile thinking across the operation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large warehouse teams (ideally 30-50 people+)
• Data-savvy and metrics-driven-granular detail is your comfort zone
• Resilient and calm under pressure in high-paced environments
• A natural leader with strong communication and coaching skills
• Flexible, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
• Experience with night shift operations in a fast-moving logistics or distribution setting

Nice to Have:

• Experience scaling operations or launching new sites
• Exposure to automation/robotics in warehouse settings
• Knowledge of modern WMS and operational systems
