Night Shift Manager

The Night Shift Manager will work a 10pm-6am shift Monday-Friday and be the most senior manager on the night shift. You will drive efficiency and provide training to develop the team.

Description

1. Oversee all operations during the shift
2. Supervise the Manufacturing department
3. Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
4. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
5. Coordinate with other Shift Managers for seamless operations
6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift
7. Get involved with CI projects
8. Provide regular reports on shift performance
9. Train and mentor staff to increase their skills and efficiency
