Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Fitter for a market-leading manufacturing company in the UK. The role focuses on keeping machinery running via planned and corrective maintenance, with opportunities for overtime.

The position offers a £54,000 basic salary, overtime, and benefits, plus 4 night shifts per week. You will work on mechanical and electrical equipment, fault finding and proactive improvements with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is maintained and fully functional.
• Maintain all mechanical and electrical process equipment.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Follow a PPM schedule and recording follow up work.
• Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.
• Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
