Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter in the Northampton area. The role offers a £54,000 basic salary with overtime and a benefits package, and involves a 4-night shift pattern.

You'll be responsible for maintaining machinery, electrical and mechanical equipment, fault finding, and following a PPM schedule while supporting production to improve quality, cost and safety. Training and development are emphasized within a recently renovated facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring machinery is maintained and fully functional
• Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work
• Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety
• Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate
