Rate: £47,000
Shift: Mon to Friday Nights
Industry: FMCG/Manufacturing
Location: Buckinghamshire

Synergi is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG manufacturers whose products are consumed worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that supports your development and growth as a Maintenance Engineer. You will work alongside experienced Maintenance Engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to plant stoppages.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Possess a good understanding of processes, products, and quality procedures.
  • Oversee planned maintenance, diagnose faults, identify problems on machinery, and implement solutions.

Ideal Background:

  • Recognized engineering qualification or apprenticeship with a formal qualification.
  • Food safety awareness (desirable).
  • Experience with industrial 3-phase motor and control systems and their interaction with modern PLC systems.
  • Experience with pneumatic control systems and industrial bearings.
