Morson Edge is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Hilsea. The role begins on days (Mon–Fri) for training in setting and running the bespoke machine, then progresses to the night shift. This position suits someone with a background operating machinery in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Applicants must be comfortable using computers and be available for an immediate start. Training and onboarding will prioritise safety and precision in operation.

Due to an increased workload we are recruiting for a Night Shift Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility based in Hilsea

The successful applicant will work a month on days Mon‑Fri to be trained in the setting and running of the bespoke machine, they will then move to the night shift

This position would suit someone that has a background of machine operating in a manufacturing or engineering environment
