Responsibilities

• Operate site machinery, plant and forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Meet production targets and maintain throughput with other operators.
• Carry out daily/weekly equipment checks and report defects promptly.
• Load and unload customer vehicles and secure loads.
• Check incoming loads against site licence requirements and waste types.
• Report hazards and incidents to the manager promptly.
• Keep areas clean and tidy and wear required PPE.
• Participate in training to operate additional plant or supervisory tasks.
