Qualifications

• Must have SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (including Medication Administration).
• Experience in a care environment is desirable.

• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as part of a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' care, protection, and wellbeing with dignity.
• Report and address issues with staff, residents, relatives, or visitors, while managing staff schedules.
• Contribute to care planning and reviews, administer and monitor medication.
• Oversee safety and health practices, including physiological measurements.
• Support families during palliative care and bereavement; participate in mandatory training.
