Job summary

Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby’s) in Hull is seeking a driven Night Shift Supervisor to support the intake area leader in ensuring smooth operation of the intake, stock control, and adherence to health and safety regulations. You will supervise the intake team, ensure accurate storage up to the mixing department, train staff, and cover for holidays/sickness.

Qualifications

• English/Maths GCSE A* to C or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake day-to-day for the site-based team.
• Champion and share best practices across shifts.
• Ensure accurate storage and stock control up to the mixing department.
• Cover for Holidays and Sickness for Admin Role and Area Lead.

Skills

Forklift licence (Reach & Counter-bal)
