Night Shift Hygiene Officer

Location: Scotland - Competitive salary DOE

The Job:

  1. Take responsibility for cleaning and sanitising production equipment, machinery, and workspaces to the highest food safety standards.
  2. Work overnight shifts to ensure the site is fully prepared for the next day’s operations.
  3. Maintain compliance, product quality, and a safe working environment.

  • Physically fit, able to work in cold, wet, or noisy environments.
  • Ability to follow cleaning schedules and complete records accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
