Responsibilities:

1. Safely Drive and Operate HIAB Vehicles: Take charge of HGV HIAB vehicles during night shifts, strictly following all traffic and safety regulations to ensure seamless operations.
2. Delivery and Collection of Modular Buildings and Containers: Efficiently deliver and collect modular buildings and containers from various customer sites, ensuring that all items are handled with utmost care.
3. Operate HIAB Crane: Skilfully use the HIAB crane to load and unload goods, maintaining the highest standards of precision and safety.
4. Compliance with Road Safety Regulations: Stay updated with the latest road safety practices and EU driver hour regulations to ensure full compliance during all operations.
5. Complete Paperwork Accurately: Accurately fill out all relevant delivery and collection paperwork, ensuring that detailed records are maintained for smooth operational flow.
6. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with customers professionally, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded at every interaction.
7. Report Vehicle Defects: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any discrepancies or issues to the maintenance team.
8. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations, adapting as needed to the nightly demands of the logistics environment.
9. Professional Representation: At all times, represent the company with professionalism, embodying the values and standards of excellence that our client is known for.

What We Need From You:

1. Must possess a HGV 1 or 2 Driver Licence with HIAB experience.
2. Certification as a Qualified Lorry Loader Operator (CSCS/ALLMI) is essential.
3. A thorough understanding of the current regulations regarding EU driver hours, Working Time Directive, and Driver’s Tachograph restrictions.
