Qualifications

Job description

Full Time / Permanent

Hours: 41 hours Monday – Thursday 10:30pm – 07:00am, Friday 9:30pm – 07:00am

Pay: £21 per hour

Our Client is one of the largest privately owned Truck dealership in the UK with many Depots spanning the East of England supplying the full range of New, Pre-owned Trucks, Trailers and Vans.

HGV Technician Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy goods vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HGVs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and servicing of engines, brakes, transmission systems, and other components.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and make necessary repairs.
  • Replace worn or faulty parts, such as brakes, clutches, and exhaust systems.

HGV Technician Role Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified HGV (NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds).
  • HGV Technician Experience (Minimum of 5 years).
  • Driving License.
  • Own Tools.
