Responsibilities:

1. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for servicing everything properly and on time.
2. Check everything visually, adjust as needed, change fluids, and replace worn-out parts like brake linings.
3. Monitor for unusual wear or problems and inform the customer if additional work is required.
4. Reset the maintenance system when necessary.
5. Clean and care for the customer’s vehicle.
6. Perform repair work, including simple fixes like replacing mufflers or mirrors.
7. Handle more complex repairs with the help of technicians, such as replacing major parts or suspension struts.
8. Install and set up accessories and removable parts.
9. Require previous experience working on HGV Trucks (minimum 5 years).
10. Must be a Fully Qualified HGV Technician (City and Guilds or NVQ).
