Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our busy night shift team in the United Kingdom. The role runs on a 4 on, 4 off pattern with a 6:00 PM start, primarily collecting clinical waste from customer sites such as Acute Hospitals and Transfer Stations.

You will perform vehicle checks, load handling, and ensure compliance with ADR and Highway Code. The position offers a pension, flexible benefits, and a generous quarterly bonus, with overtime

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid HGV Class 2 licence (C or C+E depending on position)
• CPC and Digital tachograph cards are required
• Understanding of EU Driver & Working time laws
• Strong communication and customer relations skills

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, load, unload and segregate waste in line with procedures and legal requirements
• Carry out vehicle checks, ensure loads are secure, report defects and maintain vehicles
• Drive professionally in compliance with Highway Code and ADR law
• Communicate delays, issues or safety concerns to support operational efficiency
• Represent the company professionally at all times
