Curtis Packaging in Redhill, UK, is seeking a Nightshift Heidelberg Print Minder to operate and maintain our lithographic press on a four-night-per-week schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will join a fast-paced, skilled team focused on precision, efficiency and quality.

You’ll handle Heidelberg press operations, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot as needed, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating or assisting on a lithographic print press.
• Experience with Heidelberg press is an advantage but not essential.
• A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Complete print jobs on time and to specification.
• Assist in general maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating or assisting on a lithographic print press.
• Experience specifically with a Heidelberg press is a strong advantage but not essential.
• A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime and cover shifts as needed.
