Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking Case Picker staff for our Holmewood facility. You will pick frozen food products in a -20°C warehouse using a Bluetooth headset, with full PPE provided and weekly pay. The role is a permanent contract with evening/night shifts and weekend rotation.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable and able to work well in a team, with clear English communication and physical stamina for lift and walk tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 18–25 kg and perform manual handling safely.
• Comfortable in a -20°C warehouse environment.
• Reliable, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear English communication with colleagues and systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick frozen products accurately using Bluetooth headset.
• Work in a -20°C frozen warehouse environment.
• Wear full PPE provided for safety and warmth.
• Spend most shifts on your feet, handling cases.
• Record picked quantities to maintain stock levels.
• Report damaged products to Inventory Team or Supervisor.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
