Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Segensworth (near Fareham) is seeking a skilled Counterbalance forklift driver for a permanent night shift rotation. You’ll work 4 nights on, 4 nights off (18:00–06:00), with a clean, modern warehouse environment and paid induction to learn site procedures.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance certificate and reliable, night-shift availability. The position offers a stable night schedule and opportunities to grow within a logistics team.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift certificate (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Willing to work night shifts in a busy warehouse.
• Reliable with commitment to fixed night pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift trucks safely during night operations.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, move raw materials and finished packaging.
• Stack pallets, manage racking locations and conduct routine truck safety checks.
• Support the wider team to maintain smooth, overnight flow of goods.
